Therefore, the state must have a system that forces the smallest apparatus such as RT/RW to be present representing the country, especially for ODGJ families, TB sufferers, or who live in other vulnerable lines,” Jasra explained.
In the case of the high school, parenting was even finally handed over to grandmother who also needed treatment.This situation confirms how fragile the existing protection system is.
