He emphasized that red meat is not the main enemy of the heart, but it is also not a food that should be consumed in excess.
“The key is balance and awareness. If you have risk factors for heart disease, it’s a good idea to limit consumption and focus more on healthier sources of protein,” continued Dr.Samuel.
